Morgantown Multisport is a group of triathletes—both experienced as well as newbies—and people interested in the sport of triathlon, duathlon, adventure racing, and other multisport activities.
MMS serves multisport athletes of all ages and abilities in and around the Morgantown, WV area. We enable our members to achieve their athletic goals in a stimulating, supportive and sociable environment. We provide a network of information, support services, training & racing activities, friendship and fun for all.

April 20-22
Reservations for out of town guests can be made at the Waterfront Place Hotel 1-304-293-1700. A block of rooms have been allocated to our event along with a special rate of $99.00 per night. Please let the reservation specialist know that you are with the MORE!gantown Multisport Triathlon Camp to receive the discounted rate. The WP hotel will be the hub of our Triathlon Camp and will be the most convenient location for our attendees.

12:00-6:00: Individual and Group Testing

-VO2 Max testing ($50)
-Lactate Threshold Testing ($75)
-Body Composition ($25 or FREE with VO2 or Lactate Threshold)
12:00-6:00: Individual and Group Skill Analysis

Tri Camp Shuttle from Waterfront Place will be available at 5:40 AM
Shuttle will return for pick up at 7:45 AM (please note that you will be taken directly to breakfast after the morning swim session so plan accordingly)

Sunday, April 22nd
6:00: Run: Run Focus: Pacing & Following your Nutrition Plan
3 Groups
Group 1: 9-12 miles
Group 2: 5-7 miles
Group 3: 3-5 miles
All run courses will leave from the Riverfront Park I front of the Hazel Ruby McQuain Amphitheater
Aide stations will be provided at every mile with sports drink and water
Tri camp shuttle will be available for pick up at 5:40 AM
No returning shuttle service will be available as it is only a 0.4 mile walk back to the WP hotel.
8:30-10:00: Breakfast
Designing an Effective Training Plan
Speaker: Triathlon Expert Coach, Hunter Allen
Tri Camp Shuttle from WP will be available at 8:15am for transport to the Coliseum
Return shuttle service will be available from the Coliseum to WP at 10:15
10:45: Brick Briefing & Maps Distributed

Camp registration includes: Field testing, all lectures, 5 meals, coached bike rides with sag support, supported run courses, transition area set-up and practice area, a coached swimming session and a whole lot of learning opportunities and fun!
